Since co-founding Mergen Compass in 2017, Sandeep has helped businesses enter and grow in markets across 10+ countries and 15+ industries. He brings over 15 years of experience spanning strategy consulting, entrepreneurship, and hands-on program management, working with startups, government entities, and multinationals.
Before Mergen Compass, Sandeep spent time at EY and KPMG in strategy consulting and co-founded Tourio, a travel technology startup recognized by UNWTO as one of the Top 50 tourism startups globally in 2018.
