The client, an early‑stage wellness venture based in the UAE, wanted to build a consumer‑driven brand starting with men’s baldness solutions and needed support to validate market potential, understand consumers, and design a compliant GTM and financial plan for launch and scale.
Client Mandate
We were tasked to help the client enter the men’s well‑being market (starting with baldness) by:
- Assessing market dynamics, trends, and competitive intensity.
- Understanding consumer preferences through research.
- Defining product-market fit, business model, and GTM roadmap.
- Evaluating financial feasibility and investment requirements.
How we delivered
- Conducted secondary research on global and regional wellness trends and market size with a focus on men’s baldness, analysed UAE demographics to assess digital‑wellness potential.
- Benchmarked global startups and shortlisted four wellness concepts using a scoring framework, designed and executed a bilingual consumer survey in the UAE with agency support for rollout and quota control.
- Analysed VOC data to identify treatment gaps, consumer needs, and telehealth readiness, estimated TAM and SAM for prioritized concepts.
- Defined value proposition and business model options, built a 5‑year financial model with IRR and payback, and prepared a MOHAP‑ready pitch deck demonstrating regulatory fit and strategic alignment.
